Our call out service is available between 06:00 – 20:00.

If your freezer is starting to malfunction, or a non-essential component has broken one of our engineers will be with you the same day.

Our engineers carry a variety of universal parts on their van so that we can ensure that we get you back up & running in one visit.

Call outs start at £50.00 + vat which includes the 1st hour onsite.

90% of our calls do not require a re-visit.

Out of hours service – If your refrigeration suddenly breaks down out of office hours, there is a 24-hour emergency call out service available at evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
